Articles, repurposed content, simulator results, readiness scores, competitor breakdowns, recommendations, exports, and reports produced by EntityOS are generated using artificial intelligence models, including third-party large language models.

Outputs may contain:

• errors and inaccuracies,
• omissions,
• outdated information,
• unverified claims,
• assumptions, hallucinated facts, or fabricated citations,
• incomplete analysis.

2. Your responsibilities (mandatory)

You are solely responsible for:

• reviewing every output before use,
• editing outputs for accuracy and tone,
• verifying every factual claim, statistic, citation, and quote,
• checking legal compliance for your jurisdiction and industry,
• checking advertising compliance (e.g. FTC, ASA, ACCC, local rules),
• checking regulatory compliance (e.g. medical, financial, legal, pharmaceutical),
• checking factual accuracy with primary sources,
• reviewing all content before publication.

EntityOS does not provide:

4. AI Simulator

The AI Simulator produces estimated outputs intended for planning and prioritisation.

• EntityOS is not responsible for decisions made based on simulator results.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

EntityOS does not guarantee:

• search rankings or Google rankings,
• AI citations or AI Overview placement,
• ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Gemini visibility,
• traffic increases,
• lead generation, sales, or conversions,
• any business outcome.

All scores, simulations, forecasts, visibility estimates, and recommendations are informational estimates only.

6. Workspace learning

EntityOS analyses your edits, feedback, and accepted/rejected outputs within your workspace to improve outputs for you. Learning stays workspace-scoped unless you explicitly opt in to broader model improvement. See our Privacy Policy.
