Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sets out what you may not do with EntityOS. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in immediate suspension, content removal, account termination, and refusal of service, in our sole discretion.

1. Prohibited use

You may not use EntityOS, or the content it generates, to engage in or facilitate:

  • Illegal activity of any kind.
  • Scams, fraud, or financial deception.
  • Misinformation or disinformation.
  • Impersonation of any person, business, or government entity.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk content, or link-farming.
  • Phishing, credential theft, or social engineering.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, or doxxing.
  • Hate content or content targeting protected classes.
  • Violent, extremist, or terrorism-related content.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
  • Adult sexual content where prohibited by law or platform policy.
  • Regulated content (medical, legal, financial, pharmaceutical, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, crypto, etc.) without conducting your own compliance review.
  • Deceptive advertising, misleading claims, fake reviews, or fake testimonials.
  • Defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights, including IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service or its rate limits.
  • Using the Service to build or train a competing product.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you do with EntityOS and everything you publish based on outputs from EntityOS. You must review, edit, and validate AI outputs before publication and comply with all laws, advertising standards, and platform terms that apply to you.

3. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, with or without notice:

  • Suspend or limit your account.
  • Remove or refuse to generate content.
  • Terminate your access to the Service.
  • Refuse service to you or your organisation.
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.

4. Reporting

Report suspected AUP violations or abuse to abuse@entityos.app.
