These Terms govern your access to and use of EntityOS (the "Service"), operated by EntityOS Ltd, registered in England & Wales. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our AI Content Disclaimer.
1. The Service
EntityOS provides software-based tools that generate AI content, recommendations, simulations, scores, reports, and marketing assets to help you plan and produce content for search and AI-search channels. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the organisation you represent.
3. Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the inputs you upload and the outputs you generate using the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving any AI-generated content before publication, including for legal, advertising, regulatory, and factual accuracy. 4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or refuse service for any violation.
5. Intellectual property
EntityOS Ltd retains all rights to the Service, including the software, algorithms, models, scoring methodologies, platform design, and documentation. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
EntityOS does not guarantee search rankings, Google rankings, AI citations, AI Overview placement, ChatGPT visibility, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, or any business outcome. All scores, simulations, forecasts, visibility estimates and recommendations are informational estimates only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntityOS Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, publication decisions you make, search ranking outcomes, AI visibility outcomes, or advertising performance. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to EntityOS in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EntityOS Ltd from any third-party claim arising from (a) content you generate, edit, publish, or distribute using the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will publish a new version and require re-acceptance. Continued use after re-acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
